Trade Customer Promises Terms & Conditions

GUARANTEED SAME DAY LOCAL DELIVERY SERVICE IN A VAN WHEN YOU ORDER BEFORE 12PM

  1. Same Day Local Delivery Service In A Van available to all customers who place an order before 12:00pm midday with no minimum order value on stock products that can fit on a van. Service only available online for Scottish Island branch locations. Excludes weekends and Bank Holidays and crane vehicle deliveries.
  2. Local means a 10 mile radius from branch and 3 miles within Central and Greater London. Please see our online Postcode Locator to check by branch location.
  3. Van means medium sized Box Van or Panel Van.
  4. No delivery charge will in incurred.
  5. No guarantee can be made on specific timing of deliveries.
  6. All products must be placed on to your Debit/Credit card or Account at point of order.
  7. Orders made after 12:00pm cannot be guaranteed to be delivered on the same working day.
  8. Orders placed on Friday between 12:00 – 14:00 will be delivered on the following Monday.
  9. Any orders placed on the website at weekends cannot be delivered for Monday, orders will be delivered on Tuesday.
  10. The Same Day Local Delivery Service In A Van applies and operates within the trading hours of the branch that the order is placed, please check opening times of branch.
  11. If the Customer is not present or cannot be contacted at the time of delivery, the Same Day Local Delivery Service In A Van may be cancelled and the branch will attempt to contact the Customer to re-arrange delivery for another day.
  12. Delivery must be signed for by the customer or someone authorised on their behalf.
  13. Grafton Merchanting LTD reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Same Day Local Delivery Service In A Van with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control.
  14. These terms, which users are deemed to have read and understand, do not amend normal terms and conditions of trading between Grafton Merchanting LTD and the Account holder, which will continue to apply.
  15. In the event the Same Day Local Delivery Service In A Van is not successful due to reasons outside its control, a claim can be submitted to the Branch Manager of where the order was placed. Excludes any Electricbase branch not located in a Buildbase.  Only Account Customers can make a claim. The Branch Manager will review the claim and their decision on the claim is final.  A successful claim will receive £25 voucher to redeem off their next order placed of £250 or more on products at Buildbase, Hirebase or Electricbase. Refer to the voucher for full terms and conditions on how to redeem. 

GUARANTEED NEXT DAY LOCAL DELIVERY SERVICE IN ANY VEHICLE WHEN YOU ORDER BY 2PM

  1. Next Day Local Delivery Service In Any Vehicle available to all customers who place an order by 14:00pm with no minimum order value on stock products. 3 miles radius applies to branches located in London. Service only available online for Scottish Island branch locations. Excludes weekends and Bank Holidays.
  2. Local means a 10 mile radius from branch and 3 miles within Central and Greater London. Please see our online Postcode Locator to check by branch location.
  3. No guarantees can be made on specific timings of deliveries.

GUARANTEED LOCAL CLICK & COLLECT SERVICE WITHIN 1 HOUR WHEN YOU ORDER BETWEEN 8AM - 4PM Monday - Friday 

  1. Local Click & Collect Service Within 1 Hour is available to all customers.
  2. Local means a 10 mile radius from branch and 3 miles within Central and Greater London. Please see our online Postcode Locator to check by branch location.
  3. Local Click & Collect Service Within 1 Hour is available for orders placed between 8:00am – 16:00pm Monday to Friday only.
  4. Orders made after 16:00pm will be available for collection in branch from 9:00am the following working day (excludes weekends).
  5. Collection within 1 hour applies within the trading hours of the branch that the order is placed, please check opening times of branch. Excludes weekends and Bank Holidays.
  6. All products must be placed onto your Debit/Credit Card or Account at point of order.
  7. Grafton Merchanting LTD reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Local Click & Collect Service Within 1 Hour with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control.

  9. Click & Collect is excluded from the £25 credit back customer promise. 

GUARANTEED LOCAL STOCK AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

  1. Local Stock Availability Of Products is available to all customers.
  2. Local means a 10 mile radius from branch and 3 miles within Central and Greater London. Please see our online Postcode Locator to check by branch location.
  3. Applies to in branch stock product only across: wiring accessories, cable, cable management, distribution, ventilation, heating, lighting, lamps & data. Excludes special order products and products delivered direct. Stock availability refers to our Product Stock List available to view online.
