Answers:

1. - Do you have a showroom?
We have several branches located across the country with lighting showroom/displays of differing sizes and ranges. Please contact you local branch to check if they have this facility.


2. - Can I collect my order?
Unfortunately it is not possible for customers to collect their Online orders. If you would prefer to collect orders please contact your nearest branch who will happily assist you in sorting your requirements.

3. - Do you offer a price matching service?
Our purchasing team is continually working to offer items at the lowest prices possible, this is why we are unable to offer a price matching service. We pride ourselves on offering great value, competitive prices and an excellent service which we do not want to compromise in order to offer price matching.

4. - What is the standard delivery time?
Delivery time can vary depending on what you have ordered and where you live. We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes due to either stock levels or other unforeseen reasons this can be delayed.  We do show up to date stock information for each product on our website. Once you have placed an order you will be kept fully updated on the progress of your order and will be provided with a tracking link which will allow you to see the most up to date information about where your order is.

5. - Do you have an item in stock?
We do show up to date stock information for each product on our website. This information can be found under the add to basket button.

6. - How much is delivery?
Delivery costs will vary depending on what you order and where you would like them delivered to. The standard cost for a small parcel to a UK mainland address is £4.97, the standard cost for a bulky item to a UK mainland address is £34.97. 7. - Do you have a telephone number I can call you on?
We now only offer support via e-mail. The costs of providing telephone ordering and support are so much higher then using the internet, we had the choice of either increasing all our prices or taking advantage of the technology and keeping our running costs down. We did a survey of over 1000 of our customers and the vast majority felt quite capable of using email and the internet and said they would prefer us to keep the prices down. Many didn't like sitting in long phone queues and liked the quick replies by email. We aim to reply to all e-mails within 24 hours. sales@electricbase.co.uk

9. - Do you offer any coupons or vouchers?
We aim to have our products competitvley priced and to make the process of ordering as simple and transparent as possible reducing the need for coupons and vouchers.

We keep you fully updated via e-mail on the progress of your order, however you can also track your order via our website, please see the following link - Track Your Order.

11. - Do Electricbase offer discounts for multiple purchases or high value orders?
If you have a requirements for a large quantity of a product then please contact sales@electricbase.co.uk and a member of our team will be happy to assist you further with your requirements.


12. - What happens if I have ordered the wrong item?
If you have ordered the wrong item or an item that doesn't fit it is down to you to return the item to us. However we would draw your attention to the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) that require you as the consumer to have honoured your duty of care for the products within the cancellation period. 13. - Can you send me a brochure?
Because our range of products and prices are constantly being updated, it proved impractical to offer a printed brochure as it would be out of date as soon as it is printed. You can see our up to date product range on our website, each of our products has a photograph and description on the website.

14. - How do I cancel an order?
You will need to e-mail us on sales@electricbase.co.uk . You will need to include the order number and your full name and address in the email. You will receive a cancellation number to confirm that your order has been cancelled if it is possible to cancel your order. If you do not have a cancellation number then the order has not been cancelled.

15. - Where can I find dimensions for a product?
Where applicable we aim to show dimensions for all products we offer, if dimensions are available for a product they will be found under the 'Technical' tab on the specific product page.

16. - What is the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulation (WEEE)?
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive (WEEE Directive) is the European Community directive on waste electrical and electronic equipment which, together with the RoHS Directive, became European Law in February 2003, setting collection, recycling and recovery targets for all types of electrical goods.
