Once you have entered your postcode all product delivery prices shown on the website will be updated to reflect the costs to this postcode.
We use Fedex or Night Freight to deliver our customer orders. Your order will not be delayed because of any strike by Royal Mail or any other carrier.
(If you want to see costs to a different postcode, just enter the new postcode on this page and all delivery prices will be updated.)
Delivery prices are shown for each product on the product information page. These can be viewed by clicking on the Tab titled “Delivery”.
If you order more than one product you will only pay the delivery charge for the largest product. (The smaller items will effectively be shipped for free)
Depending on the type of products you purchase and the date/time that you place the order, it will usually be possible to upgrade your delivery to include options such as Express Handling, Saturday Delivery and Assisted Delivery.

All delivery times quoted are based on your goods leaving the warehouse, and NOT from the time you place your order. (At peak times it can take a day or so for your order to be picked and packed by the warehouse team). If you require guaranteed same-day dispatch then you can upgrade your order to include Express Handling. Please note that Express Handling is same day dispatch not same day delivery.
We can only deliver goods to an address that has a UK Postcode. If your required delivery address does not have a UK Postcode unfortunately we are unable to process the order.
All goods are delivered on normal working days, unless you have upgraded to Saturday delivery. Goods are not delivered on public holidays. If you order a product that cannot be delivered in the times shown we will contact you to let you know and give you the opportunity to cancel or change your order.
Please do not arrange to have a electrician on site until after the goods have arrived and you have checked them. (We will not pay abortive costs in the event that the item is damaged in transit or not suitable for any reason)
For Small/Medium Products
You will be e-mailed with the consignment number and carrier details so you can track your delivery on-line.
For Large/Very Large Products (pallet delivery)
You will be e-mailed/telephoned with the consignment details directly by the transport company to arrange a suitable time for delivery.
The carriers will require a signature for the goods at the delivery address, so somebody needs to be there until 7.00pm on the day of delivery. If the delivery is to a communal building (e.g. a block of flats) you should be aware that the carrier company drivers will not carry heavy loads on their own and they will need to see identification before leaving the goods. (This is to protect us from credit card fraud)
We use a number of couriers to deliver our parcels. The courier used will depend on what you order and where the items are being delivered to. The courier used for your order will be made clear to you once your order has been dispatched. You will be supplied with tracking information to enable you to see the most up to date information regarding your delivery. You will also be supplied with contact details for the carrier who will be delivering your order.
