FAQs

Can I collect my order? +

Yes, you can. Simply enter in your postcode on the basket page then select 'Collect from Branch'. The closest branch will be displayed where you'll be able to collect your order.

How long will delivery take? +

COVID-19 UPDATE- Due to exceptionally high demand for deliveries at this time, we are experiencing delays in our schedule whilst we adapt. Please call the local branch to confirm your delivery date and time.

What is the delivery cost? +

We offer free delivery on all orders over £100 (inc VAT). Orders under £100 will incur a standard delivery charge of £10.00 ex VAT.

How do I qualify for free delivery? +

Once your basket has reached £100 inc VAT you qualify for free delivery to mainland UK.

Do you deliver overseas? +

We do not offer overseas shipping as standard. For distribution overseas, including GB Islands, typically we will deliver to a port or distribution company of your specification, the delivery must be arranged by the customer themselves, you must also have someone in the UK who is available to go into the branch and pay for the order in person. 

However if you have a credit account with us and by special arrangement in some circumstances we are able to obtain quotes from a distribution partner Palletways, who may be able to deliver your order. This is limited to Ireland and Western Mainland Europe. The products must fit on a 1200x1000mm pallet and each pallet must weigh under 1000kg. Once an item has come into stock at the branch the lead time for overseas delivery on a premium delivery is up to 4 days and economy 5 days. The additional delivery and any management cost will be added to your order. The cost of the products and delivery must be paid before products are dispatched.

When can I collect my order? +

Your selected branch will contact you when your order is ready to collect.

Is there a charge for click and collect? +

No, we do not charge for our click and collect service. You will only need to pay for your goods.

What is your returns policy? +

How do I process a refund? +

Please contact your nearest branch to request a refund.

I have a complaint / compliment, who do I contact? +

Do I have to be trade to shop with you? +

No, we serve both trade customers and members of the public.

Do I need an account to purchase goods from you? +

No, you do not need a trade account to shop with us.

What are your opening hours? +

What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept most major credit/debit cards, you can also pay using your trade account online if  you have set this up, We also accept cash sales within the branch, unfortunately, we are unable to accept American Express and alternative "fast" payments such as PayPal, Amazon pay, apple pay etc.
