How do I create an account?
You must register an account in order to place an order. This allows you to review your orders and retains your information for any future purchases. To create an account, click the 'Log In' button along the top menu bar and then click 'register here' or click 'register' in the right hand 'authentication' panel.
You must then fill in your profile details as requested and pick a username and password. This will be used whenever you log in in the future. If all fields are filled correctly your account will be registered. NOTE: You may not be able to log in instantly as your account may have to be verified.
Can I cancel an order?
You can only cancel an order if it has yet to reach the 'Dispatched' stage. When logged in, click 'Orders History' to search for any previous orders. You can monitor the status of your orders here. If your order is labelled 'processing' or 'queued' then you may still cancel your order. If it is too late then you can try emailing us (see contact section) and we will see what we can do. However we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order.
How do I return an item?
Goods that are received damaged must be reported to us within 24 hours. We will either exchange them or provide a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
If you would like to return an item purchased from our online catalogue, for whatever reason, return it to us within 14 days of the delivery date together with the original packaging in 'Saleable Condition' and we will provide a refund less a 25% returns charge (excluding VAT@20.00%). In the case of non-stock items we cannot authorise a refund until it has been authorised by the manufacturer. We will not be responsible for the cost of return postage or delivery.

No, we don't ship outside of the UK.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery (or 'Carriage') is free of charge for all orders over £85.00 excluding VAT to most mainland UK destinations. Orders under £85.00 we charge £5.95 + VAT.
There will be an extra charge to the highlands and islands of Scotland, northern Ireland and other islands around the UK. If you are not sure if an extra carriage charge will be applied you should enter your address in the checkout for an instant quotation.
The full carriage charge will be quoted at the checkout page once the delivery address details have been entered, with the exception of heavy goods and long goods where the carriage is quoted seperately.
How do I change my delivery/ billing address?
When reviewing each order you can choose whether to use your existing billing address or use a separate billing address. To use a new address simply click the 'Modify' button next to the delivery address when reviewing your order.
To change your default billing address, select 'Modify Profile' from the right hand bar when logged in. You can then change your personal details, including billing address.
